About ‘Museum of Semberija’
 
‘Museum of Semberija’ is located in the oldest building with four exhibition halls with the area of 105 square metres, and one hall for temporary exhibitions. They host three permanent exhibitions which are open all day and every day.
 
Archaeological exhibition is located on the ground floor and contains material remnants of civilisation from Neolithic to the late Middle Ages. In addition, there is the largest and most significant collection of Middle Age writings in Bosnia and Herzegovina and region with 23 Cyrillic writings in Old Slavonic language.
 
There is also a collection of Roman stone monuments, and a collection of the most explored Middle Age site Jazbine in Batković, and a casting pot from Middle Ages found in Ostojićevo.
 
Ethnological exhibition contains objects related to the life of people from villages of Semberija and old urban culture of Bijeljina.
