Characteristics of building possibilities:
  • Possibility of consolidation and fragmentation of defined building plots;
  • Maximum building plot occupancy rate with a future building is 50%;
  • Distance of the building line from the regulation line is 6m.
 
Conditions and manner of purchase of building plots:
  • Expressing of interest of an investor to purchase a building plot, and interest related to surface and shape of the plot;
  • If the building plot is a part of cadastre plot, it should be fragmented in accordance with the spatial plan;
  • Adopting a decision by the Assembly regarding the conditions and manner of selling a building plot;
  • Implementation of bidding procedure.
