Survey of the satisfaction of private sector with the utility services in the City of Bijeljina
In the period from 27 February 2017 to 31 March 2017, a survey was conducted among private companies in the City of Bijeljina to collect information related to satisfaction of the economy sector regarding the quality of utility services in the city. This survey is a part of the strategic planning effort at the local community level, related to the future of the city. The purpose of the survey was to obtain useful and reliable information for the City Administration, which is related to the opinions of those who make investments, create jobs and hire workers in the City of Bijeljina.
Previous survey with the same topic was conducted in the period from 9 November 2015 to 15 December 2015.
The questions of the survey were related to opinions of the economy sector regarding the quality of utility services provided by the Administration of the City of Bijeljina and enterprises founded or majority-owned by the City of Bijeljina (JSC Komunalac – Utility Company and JSC Vodovod i kanalizacija – Water supply and sewerage).
The purpose of the survey was to improve the quality of services provided by the City Administration and utility companies to the private sector. Opinions and suggestions will surely help solve problems and they will help find the best solutions related to utility services. Collected information will help the City of Bijeljina to manage the development of the private sector and economic development of the community in a more systematic and better way.
