INSTRUCTIONS
 
An individual who intends to engage in entrepreneurial activity should submit an application in person, by mail, or electronically to the Department of Economy of the City of Bijeljina.
The application form can be obtained at the service counter or from the official website of the City of Bijeljina.

The completed form and accompanying documents should be submitted at the service counter, at the City Administration, address: Trgkralja Petra I Karađorđevićabr. 1, between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

Along with the application for the registration of entrepreneurial activity, the following documents must be submitted:

• A certified copy of the identity card, or passport for foreign nationals;
• A certificate from the competent unit of the Tax Administration of RepublikaSrpska confirming that the individual registering a business as an entrepreneur has no due and unpaid obligations; the certificate must not be older than 8 days from the date of submitting the application (issued by the Tax Administration of RepublikaSrpska);
• A certificate from the Basic Court (from the place of residence) confirming that the individual registering a business as an entrepreneur has not been issued a final and binding measure prohibiting the performance of the requested activity; the certificate must not be older than 30 days from the date of submitting the application for the registration of entrepreneurial activity;
• A certificate from the Basic Court (from the place of residence) confirming that the applicant has no unpaid fines or enforced collection costs for offenses related to economic and financial operations; the certificate must not be older than 30 days from the date of submitting the application for the registration of entrepreneurial activity;
• City administrative fee in the amount of BAM 30.00.

 
The registration authority is obliged to issue a decision on the registration of the entrepreneur no later than two days from the date of submission of a complete application.

• A certified copy of the identity card, or passport for foreign nationals,
• The decision on the registration of the entrepreneur,
• A certificate from the Basic Court (from the place of residence) confirming that no final and binding measure has been imposed prohibiting the individual from performing the requested activity; the certificate must not be older than 30 days from the date of submission of the application for the registration of entrepreneurial activity,
• A certificate from the Basic Court (from the place of residence) confirming that the individual has no unpaid fines or enforced collection costs for offenses related to economic and financial operations; the certificate must not be older than 30 days from the date of submission of the application for the registration of entrepreneurial activity,
• City administrative fee in the amount of BAM 20.00.
